Shipping Policy – Strokeside Designs

We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

Custom Orders

Custom-made jewelry requires time and care. We require at least 3 months' notice for all custom requests. Due to the nature of handmade and bespoke items, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Times

All deliveries are handled by third-party carriers, and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times. We will always do our best to dispatch quickly, but any delays once the parcel has been handed to the carrier are beyond our control.
